I am trying to decide the temperature of a product that is in a 500 gallon mixer. The mixer has a jacketed bowl that circulates cold water. When using a thermocuple in a come up placed through the mixing bowl we get to much transference from the cold water and do not get an accurate temperature of the material we are mixing.
